HERITAGE AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Built in 1899, Belmont Works has an esteemed heritage of rubber, linen and bedstead production. Being sympathetic to its heritage, we are rebuilding with a strong sustainability focus, minimising negative local impacts, improving green areas, reducing consumption and increasing the use of renewable energy, aspiring to achieve a 5% reduction in CO2 emissions and a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating.
